Education Resource Centre
Accessible books, audio and Braille, so every learner can read.
Reading made possible for everyone
TEZSRI Foundation for Disabled provides a varied collection of accessible text and reference books, magazines, and fiction and non-fiction books in many languages and formats, for those who cannot read printed matter with their vision.
Young school children find Braille books more useful, while adults may switch to audio libraries and text-to-speech technology for faster, more efficient reading. Our programs cater to both needs.
Three ways we bring books to life
Digital Accessible Books
Books produced in accessible digital formats for screen readers and text-to-speech.
Talking Book Library
Audio books recorded with the voices of our volunteers.
Braille Transcription Centre
Braille books for young learners who read by touch.
Technology and volunteers, together
Volunteer voices
Most of our volunteers lend their time and voice to record books for us.
Digitised Braille Press
TEZSRI has digitised a significant portion of the Braille Press.
Always improving
We keep improving our process as text-to-speech and audio quality get better.
